Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rouster, a business communications application operated by Get X Media ("Rouster", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rouster you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
Rouster lets you unify and manage your business communications across channels you choose to connect. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for complying with all applicable laws, including messaging, telemarketing and privacy regulations, when you use the service.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Rouster to access it through that provider's official API to deliver the features you enable. You may disconnect any account at any time. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rouster to send unlawful, unsolicited, or abusive communications.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Obtain any consent required before contacting recipients through the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Rouster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get X Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service over time; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using Rouster at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
